So, the budget is out. If you don't like sea grape dung or want the leaves constantly picked up, that will be about $10 more per quarter. This is a zero-sum game. If you want more of something, you have to pay for it, or take the cost away from something else.

How are you faring this fine evening? Would you be willing to enter the race for board members in the next 2014 election in efforts to end this circus present in this community at the hand of the present very incompetent board of clowns?
I would love to nominate you for the race and enter your name for candidacy. Furthermore, you would have my vote and I would go so far as to campaign for other residents/owners to vote for you. Please let me know.

Thanks for the kind words. If we were going to stay in BCC, I might run, but we are going to move into another community with elevators. The stairs get steeper and higher every year. I do think that getting the women in BCC together with a political agenda is a great idea.

BCC does not need another
Sandra Zubco on the board.
Not all women here are like Zubko. If more women would run and oust Zubko forever it would be a great thing for this community.
Someone commented that Zubco HAS to be on the board. She has no money to live here.You know, new contracts, etc.
Zubko can go get a job at Publix. They might pay her $10.00 an hour. Then maybe she can learn something called humility, a completely foreign concept to her, as we all know.
