Private Investigator: A $5000 expenditure for a private investigator was approved. Investigator to provide “cradle to grave… personal information on BCC residents of interest” to the Board of Directors. Sam Slota Assault and Battery on Wilbur Bullock: Bullock asked why bids had not been solicited for a major BCC expenditure and was then physically assaulted by Slota. BCC lawyer Stevens then required Slota to leave the meeting.
