Private Investigator: A $5000 expenditure for a private investigator was approved. Investigator to provide “cradle to grave… personal information on BCC residents of interest” to the Board of Directors. Why this is necessary or why any particular resident might be “of interest” is unknown. For: Zubko, Slota, Shelton, Lauth, Gustafson. Against: Bullock
Sam Slota Assault and Battery on Wilbur Bullock: Bullock asked why bids had not been solicited for a major BCC expenditure and was then physically assaulted by Slota. BCC lawyer Stevens then required Slota to leave the meeting.

First we had them using the BCC security like their own private Brown Shirts, now they go outside to hire a Gestapo.
Time these crooks and thugs are off the board and out of BCC!
I and, I believe, my running mates WILL NOT ATTEND THE OFFICIAL MEET-THE-CANDIDATES NIGHT. I MADE THIS DECISION WITH A HEAVY HEART.
At the last closed Board of Directors meeting, Bill Brady was locked out of the meeting by Saundra Zubko and her associates. One of the items on the agenda was to hire a private investigator for the benefit of Board members.
Wilbur Bullock opposed both of these outrages. His reward was to be physically attacked by Sam Slota who I believe will initiate additional physical attacks. Also, Rocco Viola was assaulted by Pete Shelton at the last public Board meeting. A criminal complaint has been filed against Shelton.
With Brady locked out, Bullock was the only voice of reason. He voted against hiring an investigator. SLOTA, ZUBKO, GEORGE LAUTH, SHELTON AND HARRIET GUSTAFSON VOTED TO HIRE A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR.
On Jan 7, 2010, Shelton sent an e-mail regarding this matter. Stated in his e-mail were the following exact quotes:

"I, SHELTON, HAVE DISCUSSED WITH GEORGE LAUTH AND WE HAVE MADE OUR DECISION"
"WE, AS BOARD MEMBERS, ALL HAVE INPUT ON RESIDENTS OF INTEREST"
" WE AS BOARD MEMBERS CAN NOW"
"THEY CAN SUPPLY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON INDIVIDUALS FROM CRADLE TO GRAVE!!!! IT JUST DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH OR HOW WE CHOOSE TO USE IT!!!"
Everyone in our community is at risk. This is the height of arrogance and abuse of power. These current Board members will stop at nothing! Do you want Sam Slota to have your Social Security number, your credit card number, your bank account number and other financial info, your medical records, or any other private information he and the other Board members want to get?
Do you want them to develop intelligence on you for the purpose of blackmailing and threatening you if you cross them or say something they don't like?
Bill Brady said it best when he indicated that the current Board was run like a third world country which is where people are killed, terrorized, blackmailed, beaten and assaulted.
Two people have already been assaulted and now they are going to use a private investigator to build files and terrorize those who oppose them.
