Zubko bought all the security camera, tapes, etc............what happened to all the money she spent. Do they work? Are they still installed? More money down the drain.
cameras kept being ripped out at the REC's and while management knew who did it, no one was prosecuted for it. Doubtful they still work, they never recorded more than 24 hrs at any time and kept looping over with new recordings; useless.
Cameras have to be located (of course) so they can't be stolen or disabled. They can be hidden (keyhole)or disguised (smoke alarm.)
Some intelligence has to be used for CCTV system design. Note that cameras can be linked to radar and vehicles exceeding speed limit or failing to observe stop signs can be ticketed. In BCC, this could pay for the entire system in a couple of months!
Nobody is stealing the Lauderdale traffic light intersection cameras and they are cash cows for local government.
Just other example of Sandra going cheap and not knowing what the hell she is doing. How she got on the board again is a mystery. Did it have something to do with Beverly telling her how to rig the election like she told them how to rig the ammendments.
