BAY COLONY CLUB CONDO - AUGUST 23 BOD MEETING - COMMENTARY

Considering it was late August and all or snow birds are out of town, 22 attendees at the meeting is better than could be expected.

Treasurer Jack Israel said that we will probably face increased maintenance charges next tear in order to get needed and delayed maintenance done.  No indication of the amount of increase.

Purchase of new ID wristbands and adaptation of revised Rules and Regulations postponed pending legal opinions.

Allowing overnight parking of personal use pick-up trucks to be included in the proposed amendments to BCC's Documentation.  Other "undesirable" vehicles will continue to be banned.  (No scooter for Sam?)

Does "undesirable" include some of these rusty jalopies that should have been junked years ago? I'd sooner see a nice shiny pick-up or camper on our grounds rather than these rust buckets.

How can you be bored with Jack the Ripper ripping out every shrub the Landscaping Committee put in! He is a crazed mad man!!!!!!he must be stopped. Is this a revenge thing on the committee. No wonder he fired Vinnie so he could do his dirty work. He tells us our maintenance is going up..why? So he needs more money to destroy our beautful grounds. Why is one person doing all this damage and no one gives a damn on the board. What lie could he being telling them to convince them to destroy perfectly healthy plants. He is taking care of our money? Where is the Landscape Committee? We demand a committee and not him! He is power sick. You can bet I will be there......wish I had a.....never mind.

Please call the office if you are looking at dirt and mud all day. We will be happy to help.

For the record, we have replaced dead ficus all over this community. Over 45 units, plus the side of 19 and 20. Over 123 dwarf red ixora, 152 arboricola, 47 hibiscus, 66 liriope, plus petras, purple shower, foxtails, and many others as requested by residents.
