Nothing to do with the food, but we want to join the BBC community, but have some pending questions. Will BCC have any special assessments anytime soon? Do you know how the current marina update is being funded? Thank you!

BCC's Declaration of Condominium rules out any special assessment except for emergencies. "Emergency" being defined as a critical item needing immediate repair. Any thing else would be done using a budget modification.

A past special assessment was challenged in a law suit and it is unlikely that any BCC board would attempt to violate our Declaration.

Seawall and dock repairs being paid for out of the budget and no special assessment was needed. None planned for anything else, as far as I know.

Welcome to BCC. The food at Fuego is worth a visit!
