Failure of leadership at BCC to protect owner's financial interests. I discovered today that due to the failure of our officers and directors to promote the necessary program to insure that BCC meets the minimum standards for FHA and Fannie Mae loans, it is presently impossible to obtain a loan to refinance my condo. By doing so I could save over $500 per month on my mortgage payment, however the lack of leadership and failure of our president and his board to take the necessary actions to insure that our association meets the minimum standards, insures that sales will continue to be depressed at BCC. It would be wonderful if the officers and directors would stop their petty bickering, and instead promote the leadership necessary to resolve the myriad problems facing our association.

the reason you can't a refi is not because of the board, it's because there are several lawsuits pending against BCC!! If we stopped suing ourselves frivolously, we would also stop shooting ourselves in the foot!
