Rochelle Bisillon puts out a MUCH better monthly report in a PDF file. It lists each unit by address and the price each is asking. None of this cursory highest, median and lowest crap.
It's a REAL comprehensive report.

Marge is doing a good job. I would not trust Ms Bisillion with any information. She is hooked up with the Office and sends by e-mail (like where does she get the info from, hmmm
Marge spends money and MAILS to every resident, which btw lists each unit. Thanks, Marge. You do it without any help from the Board. No wonder you are a top seller.

It would be informative, if Marge would tell us how many units have sold to date/with the asking price and selling price. It will be much work, but would be a welcome addition.
