How about some positive for a change...Jim, Pete and Saundra saved the Association $42,000 by
stopping a proposed $42,000 increase in our Insurance
premium. Our insurance agent advised that, since
erroneous information had been provided by last year's
management about our roofs, there would be an increase
in premium. They refused to accept this increase, and negotiated to have
the insurance carrier honor their original quote and not
raise our current premium. These are verifiable facts!! BTW, where were Jack, Bruno and Paolo...once again absent from the meeting.

Bev, Mind your own business and at least post on topic.

Bev thinks everyone's business is hers. She rats on them all, except her new rats. Flip flop. No friends here and is being used to spread her smut. After all, she is the PRO.

Charles. You will NEVER get any decent comments or input or feedback from the residents of BCC.

Every time someone writes (and SPELLS) intelligently and with sense, your little minion Joan of Arc (or Old geezer, Fly on the Wall, The Shadow Knows, KnowsItAll, etc) slams the writer - that she accuses of being this person Bev (thee ARE others of us in here who have some smarts TOO!) - if said writer doesn't agree with what she believes (and I think also what YOU believe too - since you seem to hate and blast the very same people she does - she's doing your "dirty work" for you!)

She really must hate this "Bev" person too, although she doesn't appear on the Board, so why?

It's the same old doom and gloom dripping with green slime and mold that Joyous dishes out constantly. It makes one exceedingly nauseous and want to barf - even projectile vomit!

WHY can't you provide ALL BCC residents with something worthwhile? If you can't or won't, why don't you simply close up the Blog shop and move quietly out? Nya ... you're having "too much fun"!!!

Your money is certainly wasted paying for Joyous' garbage as this Blog. Or does SHE sponsor it?

I'm beginning to think the "dark" side isn't what SHE preaches - 0h no. SHE IS THE DARK SIDE!

I am told the usual kick back is 10% for community contracts. Insurance is our highest contract, soooo what is $42,00, it is a small price to keep the contract. Remember this is the same Brown & Brown Ins Co that BCC could not wait to get rid of claiming they were "overcharging" BCC insurance. After BCC changed companies, BCC got a much lower rate, plus a rebate of $15,000. BCC also found that Brown and Brown were UNDER INSURING THE COMMUNITY.
Now they are back, just like the "lawyer?" He is back. expect more legal letters of harassment to the residents.

I suggest that if you vomit when you read the blog,,,DO NOT READ IT. It is a simple answer. Why would you make yourself suffer? Watch Fox News, and become a volunteer for the Obama Election.

Face it, within 5 years we will be 50% rentals, with very few owners/non snowbirds. Sad state of affairs.

What is the difference, if it is a rental. If you want to sell, the buyer has to pay cash because of the law suits that were handled improperly. The place is run by amateurs..and their lawyer.

Charlie,
It is nice to see, Joyous is not forgotten. Bev can not resist and always manages to write about her "favorite". Is she not married? Dream on.
