JIM canceled the meeting. The rest of the board, who actually show up, were against it. (Even the grouch George)Jim didn't get the agenda the way he wanted it so he canceled and set a new meeting for next week with a NEW agenda. They want a management company AND new lawyers. If you don't get the answer you want from your attorney, you get one who tells you what you want to hear. Anything else you need to know, Charlie?

I saw one good thing in that Anonymous post..."they want a management company"!! Hurrah!
Oh yes they want a management co. Now they can get their maintenance paid. Why is Rochelle in the office all day. Are the residents suppose to WORK in the office? Can we go there and watch her go through our private files, like she did when she got fired before.
Remember when she stored her furniture in the office across the hall from the office to save money on storage. What does she have on these directors. BCC is doomed with these characters.
Rochelle is in the office all day because of course she has ulterior motives! She cannot have access to the office and files, etc. unless she puts requests in writing, making it public knowledge! Where are those requests?? Why is she allowed in there? Once again, shady dealings as in the past. Keep your eyes peeled, she did it before, she'll do it again.
Bud why don't you sign your posts? Afraid of slander lawsuit????? You are the one that screwed up BCC and was not reelected. GET OVER IT and GET A LIFE

And No, Saundra screwed up BCC and then Bud...........get the story straight.
and let's not forget Wilbur!! The things he did in that office would make your head spin. Saundra at least shows up and tries. If you have proof she has done anything illegal bring it on. That goes for anybody, alot of talk on here but no one has shown alot of proof. Speculation is all I hear. I heard there are emails out there from previous employees that show and prove what Wilbur did. I'd love to see those.
If you want proof they did illegal things wrong, check out the DA's office, they have all the facts and sworn statements. It would cost $200,000 in legal fees even with all the proof. The experts know it so expect more "contracts" landscaping, etc. Why don't we all kick in $1,000 and tell them to GO AWAY

Notice how "some" friends get landscaping and others contend with white fly and tells us their cutting back on plants.
