BAY COLONY CLUB CONDO - DIG WE MUST?

Digging AGAIN between buildings 3 & 4.  New hole, same spot.
OK, but why do they dig into the SAME sinkhole every couple of years?  Is this part of the Hilman Plumbers "Government Jobs" list?   How many times will BCC pay to do the same job?  Why can't it be done right?  Is the shopping center paying part of this (it's their drain water too).  Anybody with some engineering or construction smarts got an answer?  Let's hear from some of the experts!

Has anyone taken a stroll along the docks lately? Practically every 10-15 feet from Rec. 3 west there's a sinkhole by the curb or seawall (probably at the joints of the seawall slabs). We have more traffic cones stuck in sinkholes than most city streets ever see.

Doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that a good storm or two is going to bring down sections of the seawall.

NEGLECT AND STUPIDITY on the Manager's and Board's part ...

But hey! it's only money and we haven't had a really good Special Assessment in years!

Can't believe that last year's Board opted to do only 100 feet of seawall this year. It's WAY outlived its lifetime. It's now on life-support and fading fast. Call in the priest - time for Last Rites.

Should be very interesting to see just how much collapses this year when it starts to go (we've been told that there ARE cracked seawall slabs - but nobody listens - or cares.)

Come on Blame it on the same ol' residents that yelled and moaned about maitenance going up. The board caved in and lowered it. Rochelle, Saundra, Pete, Hariett===blame them.
They love to run the meetings and hear their voices. We need that seawall replaced now The manager and president spent it on Security. That is where our money went.
