Your Blogger has not suggested a slate of candidates that he believes would best serve BCC. This lack of recommendations is deliberate. We do not want to detract from the very important "thumbs down" given to the proven incompetent and/or corrupt five selected for the Blog's special attention.
Have you lived here a while? Do you personally know some of the candidates? Would you like to suggest an "ideal" slate for our next BOD?
Send us an email (cpukit@comcast.net) with your chosen seven, giving us a short explanation about why you've chosen each and we'll publish it as a blog article over your by-line.

I WONT give my name, but I wont suggest a slate either. People have got a choice - you can re-elect the totally inept Board from the past two years who fired Sheila, elect what Charles calls the "corrupt" Board from 4 years ago (but they DID get things done, which is more than you can say for the past two years) or you can elect a whole bunch of newcomers who couldnt find their asses with both hands - most have never even bothered to attend Board meetings. They wont have a CLUE what needs to be done like the audit, insurances, etc and the bimbo in the office hasnt much more of a clue - uh oh! bad times in store for BCC if we go THAT route! Why would they be running anyways? If they truly cared, they would have at LEAST attended past Board meetings!
With the history of stupid voting in here, its a good thing Boards are in for only one year - by then Donald Trump will be able to buy out BCC for 2 cents on the dollar, cuz were going down, down, down just like a rollercoaster. Its scary folks!

In other words, cowardice and a complete lack of pride? Simple and permanent solution will be massive retaliation to any vandalism. We know the handful of thugs who might be responsible for tire slashing. So, they all get hit with something that makes tire slashing look like a walk in the park. Some might be innocent? Tough, that is called collateral damage. Hopefully there is more than one vigilante among us.

Charles, you have the nerve to criticize the first 2 Anonymous comments as cowards, when you suffer from the EXACT SAME problem! When YOU give us YOUR slate to play with and criticize, maybe THEN you'll get some REAL answers. No guts, no glory, Charlie-Boy!
As for the LAST Anonymous - WOW! you must know something the rest of us don't! I didn't realize that BCC had an arsenal of Weapons of Mass Destruction that we can rain down on the "thugs"! How many thugs are we talking about here? Two? Twenty? Are we going to beat them up? Burn them out? Blow up their units? I'm sure the "collateral damage" folks will easily be able to own BCC from the massive retalitory lawsuits that will follow from wrongful charges!
Come on, you two - GET REAL. That's NO WAY to run a community - any more than the way the Wilbur-Bud Boards have done! The Blog is getting sillier by the day.
I hear the President insisted on this security co. What a shady deal! We go out for dinner and the rover is up in the guardhouse. We come home from dinner and the rover is in the guardfhouse watching TV. We go out for coffee and around 10:30 the guardhouse, then we come back around 11:45 the rover is in the guardhouse.
What a bunch of crap this security co is. Somebody made some money on this deal. I am told by my neighbors that they see them go to the pool and punch something and then run back to the guardhouse for the rest of the hour. Only Gloria and Frankie fix the chairs, walk the dock and go up and down stairs checking. The rest of them do not know the rules, they spend their time in the guardhouse. Are we saving money? PIGS EYE. I will not be voting for the last President.
