ANOTHER "Closed" meeting?????
This is the THIRD Closed Meeting in a month!
Is this the new way of running the Board? How many "legal" issues can we have???
WHEN will they hold an OPEN meeting so the residents have some idea of what is going on? (As if they actually say anything of importance when they DO have one ...)
I guess none of the current Board are running for Office - they sure as hell won't get MY vote for the way they're treating us!!!

I hear that none other than Bev has the nerve to run again. She has quit EVERY time she has gotten on. She must want BK Marine's contract again for her husband.
Last time he got them with NO BIDS from other companies...................be ware..................

Oh my - JoyLESS - you'd better check with your best buddy as to WHY there was no bid on the last BK Marine contract - your best buddy Brady asked Gord to GET a bid from them to put in the Budget work-up. Gord wasn't on the Board - THEY chose to go with the bid.

As to Bev running again - YUP - she's resigned THREE times - but has EIGHT years' experience (only George Lauth has MORE experience - TEN years!) - on the other hand, YOU are inelectable and the only way you seem to be able to get on a Board is by appointment.

Oh my, too bad - so sad.
