Thoughts on the Special Board meeting this week, Only 8 months late. We did this back last year but unfortunately there was dissension in the ranks. In my humble estimation this is an excellent change. Wilbur seemed a definite impediment to getting anything done. Ah, yes, this reminds me of Robert Service and one of my favorite poems, which I paraphrase below:

There are folks who say the board has a way
Of spinning tales and schemes,
But we who know can say it's so
For we've been down that road so low
The board room lights have seen queer sights
But the queerest sight of all, as I laughed till I nearly died,
Was the night in the dark, with nary a nay or a spark
When Wilbur was voted out on the tide.

Congratulations!
