If you owners / residents want to promote a better more harmonious community, you need to get up from in front of your computer screen and become more proactive. We need to unite as neighbors and as a community. I have been corresponding with the office of the governor. We have the power to remove members of this very corrupt board, but we must unite as a community. We are the majority. The board is a minority. Please post your concerns. Please lets make this happen for the greater good of our beautiful community. Please lets make this a happy place to live. Please join me in my efforts.
Nothing much we didnt expect. Bruno DeFinis takes his cue from Bud Lauer on every vote. If Bud nods yes he votes yes and if he shakes his head no he votes no. So far hes voting no on pretty nearly everything. Today was no different.
Its interesting tho, we found out that Paolo has been suspended. Since hes got both his units up for sale I guess that means getting elected was no big deal to him. All those people who voted for him wasted their votes.
Do you think anyone is not a smuck would vote for Saundra for Vice because pappas is going to the Bahamas and he needs a patsy...
Bruno you are brave to sit with those characters.
I watched Bruno and others at the meeting. In no way did Bruno look at Bud. Bruno, the new guy, seems to have a mind of his own. He is a big boy and does not "follow" like the elderly man, George.
What ever happened to the election fiasco. Will there be a new election? Has it been swept in the rug?

If the older person WITH THE BLANK STARE, who votes with the Usual Suspects...........should step down. Its time at his age to just sit and rock in a chair and relax.
I doubt that he would want to sit and rock beside a fat breathless old bag wearing a frilly floral hat. Have you looked in the mirror lately (without the sunglasses on) - not much to choose!
Now I see that the same person is defaming the elderly man on the board's wife. She does not appear to be that heavy to us. What did this statement do to better the community Charlie?
That elderly man is no "lamb of God". He can be quite nasty.
