OK, but why do they dig into the SAME sinkhole every couple of years? Is this part of the Hilman Plumbers "Government Jobs" list? How many times will BCC pay to do the same job? Why can't it be done right? Is the shopping center paying part of this (it's their drain water too). Anybody with some engineering or construction smarts got an answer?
